It was very difficult to get at and it needed him to crawl under the floor boards to get to it. It also needed a lesser-used part but he carried a spare in his well-stocked van anyway. Despite that he was able to fix it quickly. I was really pleased he was able to respond so quickly. I was also really pleased with the friendly, effective and professional service I received.
